Darryl and Emmet Milton were the leaders of the City's most notorious drug gangs in the early 90s. They were arrested, tried, and sentenced to death for the execution-killings of two undercover police officers in 1995. They took part in a clandestine government experiment and died in the fire that subsequently raged through the D-Block of Conquin State Prison in 1998.
Until recently they led the all-ghost street gang known as the Blasphemers, and were the chief architects behind all pigment distribution in the City, apparently according to the dictates of Bishop. A botched attempt by Orpheus Agents to abduct Darryl and Emmet's mother resulted in the destruction of Emmett Milton's ghost and left the old woman in a deep coma. Shortly thereafter, Darryl Milton retreated into the house of mirrors at Farther Shores Amusement Park and vanished, along with the entire structure.
Darryl Milton was eventually discovered in the underworld's wasteland, fused to a novelty carnival fortune-telling machine outside the entrance to a replica of the house of mirrors. He was destroyed by Agent Morrisson.
