A mysterious ghost who was at one time a member — possibly the senior member — of the Board of Directors.
The Man in the White Suit appeared to Agents in several different situations, sometimes with seemingly contradictory motivations. He collected the ghost-rock fragment when it was recovered from NextWorld, and appeared to Agent Morrisson during the counter-coup against Tad Eccles' failed management.
The Man in the White Suit was destroyed by the albino after appearing to Orpheus Agents in the underworld wasteland. During the confrontation, he assumed a shape very similar to the one that Emma MacMillian once observed possessing Elison Daley, and also similar to the entity that possessed Masato Takeichi. According to the albino, the man in the white suit was a thing known as a "Neverborn", and had infiltrated the Board of Directors to turn them against themselves.
