Replaced Kate Hennisson as Deputy Director of Field Operations after a disastrous confrontation with NextWorld Enterprises. Eccles represented a new Board of Directors, and implemented a very different managment style than that of his predecessor. Eccles himself possessed a rather oily, salesman-like manner, and was not well liked by many Orpheus Agents.
Eventually, Hennisson and others staged a counter-coup to oust Eccles and return control of the company to the original Board of Directors. There is evidence that Eccles himself was an avid consumer of pigment and was secretly funneling Orpheus Group funds into the pigment trade.
Eccles escaped capture during the coup, but was eventually discovered hiding out in a seedy pigment house in the City's south side. He was turned over to the Board of Directors. His current status is unknown.
