An economically depressed, semi-abandoned neighborhood just north of Dockside, along the banks of the Conquin River. Rivertown was originally a thriving working-class community with strong ties to the City's shipping industries. Then, during the 1940s, newer and bigger dock facilities were build further south, and Rivertown was left behind. Although destitute, Rivertown is not quite the sinkhole of urban blight that is, say, The Gardens. It has simply been forgotten, and its decay is as quiet as it is gradual.
Crime is not rampant in Rivertown the way it is in The Gardens. There is nothing to steal, and drugs are easier to come by closer in to the City's center.
