Price Research Facility is located in a secluded part of the hill country several miles to the northeat of the City, surrounded by barbed wire, cameras, and military patrols. Officially, its purpose is to develop and test military grade communication and encryption devices.
In reality, Price Research is the base of operations for PROJECT: BLACK MERCURY, comprising barracks and training grounds for the soldiers enrolled in the project, as well as research, development, and testing facilities for the technology they employ.
