Chief of Medical Staff at Orpheus Group, and head of the Cryogenics Division. His is a familiar face to "sleeper" agents, as he oversees all procedures for placing a projector into cryogenic fugue. Shivani has an outgoing temperament and excellent bedside manner; he genuinely wants his charges to feel safe and comfortable at all times.
Shivani was shot in the stomach by Jimmy Spengler after Spengler's covert activities were uncovered. He was in critical condition for several days, but made a full recovery and continued to work for Orpheus Group.
During the destruction of Orpheus Group, Shivani was injured, but managed to escape along with Agents Herschler, MacMillian, Watts, and Morrisson. He has resumed his duties as chief medical technician at the improvised "headquarters" in the Our Lady of Fate Polio Ward in St. Joseph of Arimathea Hospital.
