Former Information Technologies Specialist for Orpheus Group. He was removed from the company after it came to light that he had been passing sensitive information to NextWorld Enterprises in exchange for money. Spengler was responsible for outing Angela Delafont as an undercover agent, sabotaging a mission to recover a rare ghost-form artifact, and, indirectly, causing Kate Hennisson to be captured by NextWorld operatives. After his crimes were discovered, Spengler accidentally shot Neel Shivani while trying to escape.
