A high-rise low-income housing project located in the Gardens. Construction was halted several years ago due to lack of funding, and the building was left half-finished.
Construction was eventually resumed, and Orpheus Group was hired to deal with a dangerous pigment cult who had taken up residence in the relatively sheltered lower levels. A confrontation with the cult's leader resulted in several spectres being released inside the building, although eventually the cult members were driven away. The towers were finally completed thanks to generous funding from the late Stephen Vacek, and are now the home of many hundreds of low-income tenants.
However, few people realize that Graceful Repose is now also the site of an enormous spectre-hive, built primarily from the corpus of the victims of the mass poisoning at the Warehouse D rave last year. The long-term effects of such a massive concentration of negative energy on a concentrated population of living beings have not yet been determined.
