An affluent, upper-middle class neighborhood situated in the wooded hills on the west side of the City. The streets are winding and overshadowed by tall oaks. The houses are large and set well back from the roads.
Elsevier Heights is home to a large number of families with high-school-age children, as well as the Elsevier Heights School for Gifted Students. Underage drinking and recreational drug use are unfortunately common, and police are often called in to break up rowdy parties on the weekends.
