Younger brother of Agent Michael Watts. He is something of a black sheep in his family, always more interested in making easy money than holding a steady job.
Rrecently, Watts became involved in the pigment trade as a small-time dealer. He unwittingly skimmed a small quantity of pigment from the poisoned batch that was distributed at the Warehouse D rave, and sold it at a fraternity party. Six students were killed. Although he is not directly responsible for the deaths (he had no idea the pigment was tainted), he is still in an extraordinary amount of trouble.
Watts was briefly held in custody at Orpheus Group Headquarters, but after providing information that led Agents to the real poisoner, he was released.
