A street gang consisting entirely of the ghosts of former street gang members, one of the primary organized forces behind pigment trade in the City. Members of the Blasphemers wear a distinctive black headscarf, decorated with a white, upside-down cross in the front.
Prior to recent activities by Orpheus Group, the Blasphemers were feared and avoided by most ghosts in the City. Under the leadership of the Milton Brothers, they formed the backbone of the pigment distribution chain, moving large shipments by enshrouding them and the rematerializing them at certain key locations, where they were then split among mid-tier dealers. In their crusade against the pigment dealers, Orpheus Agents destroyed the Blasphemer's main organizational stronghold in the City. Then, after the destruction of one of their leaders, the remaining Blasphemers were ordered by to withdraw into the Farther Shores Amusement Park, where they vanished along with Emmet Milton and the entire House of Mirrors building.
Although some members may have escaped this fate, the Blasphemers no longer have any organized presence in the City, and pigment trade has effectively halted.
